Counselling is a talking therapy and the process is normally conducted in once weekly sessions of 50 minutes, which is your time and space. Due to the Covid-19 virus my counselling sessions are only offered online via telephone or Zoom. Fees will be discussed with you upon request.
There would be an introductory session where any questions can be asked about how the process works, and an assessment made of your needs and expectations. Also at this initial session we would agree to continue or not and set the terms of the agreement.
By working together, we can hopefully realise a way of dealing and exploration to allow a happier life through self-awareness, and by embracing the new possibilities that can be found.
